YASWK in the Community

You Are Someone Worth Knowing isn’t just a message, it’s something we try to live out in the real world. Over time, we’ve organized multiple online food, coats and toy drives, each one reminding us how powerful a small act of kindness can be.

This year, we took that mission offline and into the community with our first in-person event: a food drive at Row & Ride to support the Plymouth Area Coalition. Thanks to the incredible Row & Ride community, we were able to fill the donation bin with essentials for local families in need.

But we didn't stop there! We also tackled the winter chill with a cold weather drive that blew us away. Together, we gathered five big bags stuffed with coats and warm gear. These items were delivered to Plymouth Family Resource Center. It’s amazing what happens when we all decide to show up for each other.

Events like this are exactly why YASWK exists. It’s about more than just what you wear; it’s about showing up for each other and proving that everyone in our community truly is worth knowing.

We’re looking forward to doing even more in the future. In the meantime, we’re just happy to be out there, volunteering at local spots and staying involved in our community however we can. It’s all about doing our best to live out the YASWK message, one event at a time.
